Growing up in Vancouver with a Real Estate family of three generations has enabled me to identify the vast differences within our community that I have grown to love over the years. Whether it's the suburban life in Felida & Camas with great schools, or the ever changing downtown scene you are looking for, there seems to be a spot for everyone. Being just a few miles from Downtown Portland, an hour to Mt. Hood with three ski resorts, or an hour and a half to the Enchanting Coast lines isn't too bad either!

I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, lived in the last best place on Earth for 7 years(Montana!), and have visited most of the Ski Resort towns West of the Rockies and would not give up living in the Northwest for anything. This is and always will be home for me and my family...

When I'm not selling or investing in Real Estate with my family, I enjoy Fly-Fishing for Trout and Steelhead throughout our local rivers and Montana. Golfing at the various top courses in Clark County or Oregon is also a favorite pasttime.

Travis Newton

As a lifelong resident of Portland/Vancouver, I have made the Northwest my home for 30 years. I obtained my degree from Washington State University and spent time studying abroad before coming back "home". My interest in real estate and my love of houses truly started at a young age.

My family's lineage in the construction and real estate industry dates back to the 1940's in Clark County. I have gained a great appreciation for all aspects of home building and selling, through direct involvement; sometimes in the form of laying floors and carpet for my father's business during summer breaks from school! Upon starting my career, I spent over six years working in the mortgage banking industry. Having had the opportunity to work on many levels of the house buying and financing experience, furthered my appreciation and desire to work in real estate. I can honestly say that I love my job!

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, watching my daughter become a little personality, spending time outdoors and eating good food. I also love music, whether it be perusing record shops, listening to live music, or furthering my own skills by DJ-ing live in Portland. Taylor Vilhauer

Born and raised in Vancouver, WA in 1956. I attended public schools and graduated from Hudson’s Bay High School in 1974. I attended WSU for two years in Pullman and came home to marry my high school sweet heart Joni in the summer of 1976. We have two children Bailey and Taylor who is married to Haley who together have given us our two great grandchildren, Graham and Aubrey. My interests include spending time with family, riding my Harley when the time and weather permit, hunting and fishing, giving back to the community through charity, and non- profit work with my wife Joni.
